2012.7.9 Diet log

60 sit-ups in the morning. Running for 80 minute during lunch break..
Orange juice for breakfast, fried rice, lettuce-tomato salad and pork steak for lunch,
a friend came to apartment, two glasses of Amarone, salami, bread, Grogonzola as spread, Parmesano Reggiano 2 years old for dinner.
