おっきなスーパーに行かないと生の魚はおいてないが、冷凍コーナーにはヒラメや鯛系のお魚もある。　冷凍の魚も煮れば普通に美味しい。　考えてみると冷凍の魚の方が保存が利いて便利かも。　大根と一緒に醤油だしで。　エビフライも冷凍もの、なぜかBlack Tiger Tempuraとなっていた。　人参はグラッセにしてみた。　ちょっと甘すぎた。
